By using the betpkr website and mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions in full. Continued use of betpkr's services will be taken as your acceptance of these terms.

These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between betpkr and its registered users. betpkr reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Updated terms take effect immediately upon publication, and users will be notified via email.

Betpkr does not operate in countries where online betting is prohibited or restricted by law, including Bangladesh. It is the user's own responsibility to ensure that using this service is legal in their jurisdiction.

To create an account on betpkr, you must provide accurate and complete information. If an account is opened using false or misleading information, betpkr reserves the right to close it at any time and any funds in that account may be forfeited.

Information required for account registration:

• Full Name (as per National ID)
• Date of Birth (for age verification)
• Valid email address
• Mobile Number (Bangladeshi number preferred)
• Current Address

Each individual is permitted only one account. If a user is found operating multiple accounts, betpkr reserves the right to close all of them and forfeit any associated funds. By registering with betpkr, you confirm that you have no prior account, or that any previous account was closed with betpkr's approval.

Account Security:

Keep your betpkr account password and login credentials strictly confidential. Do not allow anyone else to access your account. We recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to keep your account secure. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, please contact us immediately support@betpkr.wsto get in touch.

During account verification, betpkr may request a National ID card, passport, or birth certificate as proof of age. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Any user found to have registered with a false age will have their account and all deposited funds permanently forfeited.

Betpkr encourages parents to monitor their children's internet activity and use parental control software to prevent access to betting platforms.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• Betpkr reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded in full.
• If a match is rescheduled, betpkr will handle it according to its own policy.

Live Betting:

Betpkr's live betting feature allows you to place bets while a match is in progress. Odds change rapidly during live betting, and updated odds may apply after a bet is submitted. betpkr is not liable for any delays or connectivity issues during live betting.

Maximum Bet Amount:

Maximum bet limits are set for each market. These limits may vary by event and can be changed by betpkr at any time. Users may not place bets exceeding the maximum limit.

Betpkr supports multiple payment methods, including popular mobile banking services in Bangladesh. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposit Terms:

• Minimum Deposit: ৳200
• Only use payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.
• Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5–15 minutes.

Withdrawal Conditions:

• Full account verification (KYC) must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳500
• Withdrawals may take up to 48 business hours to process.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• If money laundering is suspected, betpkr reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and notify the relevant authorities.

Betpkr regularly offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals. Each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: To withdraw most bonuses, the bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 5x–20x).
• Validity: Each bonus has a set validity period, typically 7–30 days. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of this period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Multiple bonuses cannot be used simultaneously unless explicitly stated in the offer.
• Welcome Bonus: Applicable once per account only.

Betpkr reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus program at any time. If a user is found to be abusing the bonus system, betpkr may close the account and forfeit any bonus funds.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits.
